Teams are made up of 12 young adults (Post high school to 30 years of age), an accompanying married couple (usually part of the Teams of Our Lady movement), and a spiritual advisor.

Each team meets on a monthly basis. During meetings, the team shares a special meal. Everyone has the opportunity to grow together in faith through prayer, meditation on scripture, topic discussion and personal sharing. It essentially becomes your "home away from home."
